“What frames have been selling well and in what grades and colors”

“I think you have been buying a lot of nail heads in brown”.

You click on Dealer Lineup and show sales by frame, grade, leather/fabric and color. Actual dealer quote: “We did that much business in that frame?”

“Show me your Pillow Tops”.

You sit there, fumbling through the picture book, picking out the nail heads. That takes 10 minutes and the buyer looks at the pictures as you take them out.

You click on Presentation Then you select “Pillow Tops” and the program returns “Groups found: 73”. You start clicking “next” and the program shows the next Pillow Top. The buyer says, “I am interested in this frame. Set it aside”. You click on the picture icon and the picture and model is saved.

What is the price of these frames in a 20 Top Grain?

You grab the pictures back so that you can get the price pages out of the price book. But you can’t find two of them because after you showed them the last time, you misfiled them. In the meantime, the buyer is losing patience, wondering about the next appointment.

You select the model, and then click on Top Grain prices and up pops the price list and dimensions for each item in the frame group.

Click on the print button and and you give a hard copy to the dealer.

Can you show me what they would sell for with a 50% profit margin, and ending in 9.97?

You say, “I will work that up at the office and e-mail it to you”.

Enter a profit margin of 50%, select 9.97 rounding and now show the dealer’s requested retail price. Click another button and a spread sheet is generated.
